Nestled among verdant trees, this hotel exudes a peaceful atmosphere, a perfect haven for relaxation. the property boasts of an outdoor swimming pool, a steam room, BBQ facilities, and seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers and garden area - all exclusive amenities for a luxurious stay. the dining experience is superb, offering in-room breakfast, packed lunches, snacks bar, special diet menus, restaurant dinner with a variety of dishes.
the live entertainment at times can be noisy, but it didn't bother me much.

I had a lovely time at a hotel located close to the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed using the gym and the pool was refreshing on a hot day.
Although the hotel was pleasant, the presence of cigarette smoke was a bit of a nuisance.

The strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel is quite unpleasant, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. the pool, although large, is not a private space and can be quite crowded with locals who purchase tickets to access it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of trees around the hotel, making the surroundings look beautiful. the hotel was also located in an area that was convenient for transportation, which was great.
the hotel was clearly designed for casino-goers and did not offer much for leisure or business travellers.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the hotel's cleanliness, the friendly and helpful staff, and the location which is near the center. We were impressed by how well-maintained the hotel was; it was evident the management put a lot of effort into keeping it tidy and fresh. Also, the staff was very accommodating and quick to assist us with any inquiries we had. Moreover, the location of the hotel was convenient, with many attractions and shops within walking distance.
No negatives from this place. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including ample parking space, great facilities, and a yummy breakfast.
